The Standing Kit · A free gift
These five tools pulled me off the floor on my worst night. They're also the exact ones I used to put a 1,150-horsepower Corvette race car on the track. They work when you're going down — and when you're climbing. Yours, free, as my gift. Use them however you see fit.
Before you start · a word, man to man
I'm not going to make you walk through my whole story to get to the help. You don't need it tonight — you need what works. So here's only what you need to know.
The night this kit came from, I had what most men spend a lifetime chasing. I'd done my first million in business. A company with my name on it, beautiful work going up on lake homes, a dream I'd written into a song years before it was real. From the outside, I'd made it.
And I was sitting in the front seat of my truck, deciding I was done. Not tired. Done.
My marriage was coming apart while the business was at its peak — the climb and the collapse, stacked on top of each other. And I learned the thing nobody warns you about: you cannot achieve your way out of that. The summit doesn't fix the floor.
I didn't get saved that night. I got one more day. The next morning I needed something to do with it — not a philosophy, not a podcast. A handful of things small enough to do on a day when I couldn't think straight. The things that kept me breathing, written down so I wouldn't have to remember them on the days I couldn't.
That handful of things is what's in this kit. Take them. Use them. Pass them to the next man.
Tool 01 · The Floor
Five practices, every day. Non-negotiable. It isn't about productivity — it's about identity. Every day you keep the five, you cast another vote for the man you're becoming, and you prove your word means something — especially to yourself.
Tool 02 · When You Get Hit
A bad number, a cold no, a kid melting down — when the spiral starts, run these five in order. They open a gap between the trigger and the reaction, where you stop being pulled by the pattern and start making a choice. Practice it three times while you're calm — you don't rise to your intention, you fall back on your training.
Tool 03 · Run It Now
The one tool you can use this second. Follow the light — in with it, out with it. A few rounds and your body starts to come down.
In through the nose for 3 — then out slowly through the mouth for 6. The longer out-breath is the whole trick: it's the signal that tells your body you're safe. Repeat as long as you need.
The full guided Settling Breath — run it once tonight. That's day zero.
Tool 04 · Know Where You Stand
A free, anonymous 2-minute check. No name, no catch. You'll get a straight read on where you actually are — and one thing to do tonight. It's the bravest thing most men do all year.
How I Actually Use Them
You don't run all of it all day. Here's the honest version of how these live in my week.
The break isn't the end of your story. It's where the gold goes.
The Proof
When I was young, I was told I'd better learn to fix cars — because worthless as I was, I'd need it just to scrape by.
The day I got that Corvette — 1,150 horsepower, ghost-pearl, forged to the edge, the childhood dream I never believed these hands would touch — I drove it straight to a shop that builds machines like that. I raced it. I set records on the track. And I knew something I hadn't known on the floor:
I didn't build it with a different set of tools. I built it with these. The wake time. The sun. The sigh. The walk. The protocol I run when the wind gets knocked out of me. The same five tools that kept me breathing on the worst night kept me steady all the way to the track.
One more gift — no catch
The full 32-day workbook from the program: the Day 1 inventory, the Daily 5 pages, the Hardwires, the Anchor Stones, the Evening Questions — all of it, print-ready. Grab a pen and run it on your own. I'd rather walk it with you — but more than that, I want you standing. Take it.
If you want to see how I actually use them
Thirty-two days where I show you exactly how I use these — and how they drop into your life, not just mine — one honest day at a time. A Battle Brother in your pocket every night, men beside you who won't let you disappear. That's how you change the whole thing.
Founding price — 90% off, because this is about brothers, not money. Doors open July 4. Get on the founding list and you go first, before any public post.
