Your story is sacred here. We collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell it, and your private reflections stay private — full stop.

Who we are

OptiLife: The 32 (“we,” “us”) is operated by Bobby Persall / Reforge the Nation. Questions about your privacy: bobby@optilifethe32.com.

What we collect

• Contact info — your email, and optionally your first name and trade, when you join the waitlist or enroll.
• Purchase info — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Program data — if you use The Forge member app, your daily entries, completions, and reflections, so the program can track your 32 days and your guarantee.
• Basic usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the experience.

How we use it

• To deliver the program, your account, and support.
• To send you the emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To honor the completion guarantee and keep you safe (see “Your wellbeing,” below).

Your private journal stays private

Your reflections and daily entries are yours. They are protected behind access controls and are never exposed publicly and never used as marketing. Our care system may flag that a member seems to be struggling so a real human can reach out — but it does not broadcast or expose what you wrote.

Who we share it with (service providers only)

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email), Supabase (secure database), and Netlify (hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Your wellbeing & crisis safety

If content or a message indicates you may be in crisis, our system is designed to surface support resources (including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) and route to a human — never to an automated sales message. If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email bobby@optilifethe32.com and we’ll take care of it.

Data retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect it. No method is 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.

Children

This program is for adults (18+). Youth editions, where offered, run under separate parental-consent and safeguarding protocols and are not enrolled here.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know.
