Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind the work, not just the words. Do the 32 days for real, and if you’re honestly not a better man, you get every dollar back — plus $50 for your time.

How “finishing” is measured (so the promise is real)

Because this only works if you actually do it, completion is judged on-time: each day, your Daily 5 and your 3 evening reflection questions must be recorded within that day’s cycle in The Forge.

• Complete every day on-time → you’re guarantee-eligible.
• Miss a day’s on-time completion → that day is recorded as not-on-time, and the money-back-plus-$50 guarantee no longer applies. This is logged quietly in the system — no nagging, no public callout — and you’re welcome to stay in the program.
• You may back-fill a missed day later for your own progress, streak, and Transformation Mirror — but back-filling does not restore guarantee eligibility (the promise rewards showing up daily, not catching up at the end).

Net: nobody can fake “I did all 32” to claim a refund, and a genuine daily finisher who honestly isn’t better gets paid. (We’ve found that no one reflects honestly for 32 straight days and isn’t better — but the promise is real either way.)

How to claim

If you completed the 32 days on-time and you’re not better, email bobby@optilifethe32.com within 14 days of finishing Day 32, from the email on your account. We’ll verify your on-time completion in The Forge and process your refund plus the $50 to your original payment method.

Standard refunds

Because this is a digital program you get access to immediately, refunds outside the completion guarantee are at our discretion. If something genuinely went wrong — a duplicate charge, a checkout error, you never received access — email us and we’ll make it right.

Founding price

The $197 founding price was a limited window (Jul 4 – Aug 4, 2026); the price is now $1,997. There is no seat cap.
